• Born on Mai 1, 1972, in Warsaw.

· Oct. 1981-June 1986 - Studied at the Department of the Civile Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology; M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fundamental Technological Research).

· Nov. 1987-today - Employed at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research of Polish Academy of Sciences, as a research assistant at the Department of Computational Science and Engineering.

· Jun. 2003 - Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Mechanical Engineering at IFTR; with the exact sensitivity based topology and size optimization
(thesis advisor: Prof. W. Sosnowski).
